RETURNS POLICY

At Me to You, we want you to be delighted with your purchase, but we understand that sometimes things just don't work out. That's why we offer hassle-free returns and exchanges within 20 days from the date of delivery.

Eligibility Criteria:
- Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.
- For swimwear or lingerie, the hygienic liner must still be attached for a return to be accepted.
- Products showing signs of wear, including makeup or other stains, or smelling of smoke or perfume, will not be accepted for return and will be returned to you at your expense.
