Returns/Exchanges Return Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
Initiating a Return: To start a return, please contact us at info@metoyoubrand.com. If your return is accepted, we'll provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on where to send your package.
Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted. Please note that you'll need to cover the shipping cost of the return.
Wrong, Broken, or Missing Items: If you wish to return products due to your own mistake, you'll be responsible for the cost of returning them to our warehouse.

Damages and Issues: Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you've received the wrong item, contact us immediately. We'll evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges: For a faster exchange process, return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. See further information on our Refund page.
